Llantrisant RFC Under 10s were delighted when Wales, Blues & Llantrisant star Scott Andrews dropped by to help them with the new skill area this year, Rucking.
Scott did a great job motivating the players, answering questions and giving them tips on the tackle area. The number 1 question asked of Scott was "who is going to win on Saturday - Wales or England".....Scott of course picked Wales. (if we loose we know who to blame) From everyone at the club, many thanks to Scott (and the Cardiff Blues) for being so great with the kids and giving up his time to help the community

This was the last part of the pre-season training, working on speed and power. All the players worked on a circuit of exercises and tested their speed with the infra-red speed gates. It was a great experience for the kids to train at such a great facility and we are extremely grateful to Cardiff Met, Dai Watts and team for their enthusiasm and expertise. |
